Coffee is a widely appreciated libation that many folk like to drink. It has become a social symbol and has developed into several flavors, forms and presentations. Hot coffee drink is still hotter than the modern iced coffee drinks. Despite the numerous adaptations and flavors that have cropped up recently, black hot coffee (with or without cream) is still one of the foremost beverages all over the world.
The right temperature is required for an individual to absolutely appreciate the delightful taste of hot coffee. If the water used to brew or mix the coffee is too hot, and the drinker drinks it immediate, there is risk of scalding the drinker’s tongue. Waiting for the hot coffee to cool a little can be tricky because it may cool too much and therefore diminish its taste. It is no secret that we live in a busy world. Our time is one the most valuable assets that we have. Anything that can be done to save time is worth considering. One of the ways that we save time is to multitask, so why not take your morning coffee with you on the road when you drive to work? Two things must happen – you have to have your coffee and you have to get to work.
To be effective at this multi-tasking, one must have the best coffee travel mug one can find. When you get up in the morning it is very easy to make a single cup of premium coffee using a k-cup, but what do you put it in so you can take it with you? Wow! The temperatures are soaring so it must be summer. Those nice hot cups of coffee that we were enjoying fully only a few months ago now just look…well…HOT, like the weather. Hot drinks certainly lose their appeal when the mercury climbs, but the taste of coffee never loses its appeal, so the answer is obvious. Serve iced coffee! Now, there is a great idea.
Coffee is taste that is great only at extremes. Hot coffee is wonderful, and iced coffee is just as wonderful. Anything in between those temperature extremes is just awful and totally unacceptable. Luke warm coffee, tepid coffee, slightly cool coffee — they all taste bad. There may be a scientific explanation, but I have no idea what that explanation might be.
