Coffee is a widely appreciated libation that many folk like to drink. It has become a social symbol and has developed into several flavors, forms and presentations. Hot coffee drink is still hotter than the modern iced coffee drinks. Despite the numerous adaptations and flavors that have cropped up recently, black hot coffee (with or without cream) is still one of the foremost beverages all over the world.
The right temperature is required for an individual to absolutely appreciate the delightful taste of hot coffee. Centered on the equator, a band twenty five degrees to the north and south houses the seventy countries where coffee beans are grown. From South America and the Caribbean, to Africa and the Middle East, this strip around the centre of the globe provides just the right conditions for coffee plantations to thrive. Each country, and sometimes each area within the same country, produces beans with their own special characteristics to produce distinctive flavors.
The two main divisions of coffee beans are Arabica and Robusta~The two main divisions of coffee beans are Arabica and Robusta}. Robusta is the more potent of the two, with double the amount of caffeine. The Arabica beans have more taste and a pleasing fragrance, making them suitable for superior quality blends.
The Arabica bean is split again into two categories. The higher quality Milds, are grown at over three thousand feet, the perfect altitude for coffee growth. Brazils, not surprisingly a product of Brazil, are grown in larger quantities, at lower altitudes, on the many large plantations of the area.

One of the first things I focus on in the morning is my automatic coffee maker. Yes, my child is running around the house, and my cat is meowing at my feet to be fed, but without coffee at morning, none of these things will get done. Though there’s a timer to set my coffee brewer to brew my java before I wake up, this is not something that I prefer to do. I want to grind my beans using my antique manual coffee grinder, and that means that I have to do it right away before I brew. If I do not, the coffee will not be as fresh as it could be.
Some time ago I had an automatic coffee machine that my hubby purchased using his citibank mastercard gold card. I guess it brewed my coffee well enough, however I found that the flavor was off. He went out and purchased me a high-priced single serve coffee maker system, since then I have been really happy with the tasting of my…

Caffeine is a natural substance that is found in coffee. Caffeine is also found in tea, soft drinks, and chocolate. Caffeine is what helps to wake us up in the morning as we sip that first cup of coffee. It is what gives us that little added boost in the afternoon when our energy is flagging.
There is research that “proves” that caffeine is bad for us and good for us. It has been determined that caffeine is a stimulant, and some researchers see that as a good thing; while others see it as a bad thing. It is true that caffeine is somewhat addictive and there are those who are deeply opposed to anything and everything that might possibly be addictive in any way.
My point is that the caffeine might be called the “active ingredient” in coffee. So, of course, it can be removed. When…

Mankind (and womankind) has been drinking coffee for thousands of years. There are several stories about how the coffee bean was discovered and by whom, but it doesn’t really matter much. Today coffee is brewed and severed in countries around the world.
Coffee is named many times for the region in which the beans are grown; Blue Jamaican Coffee, for example. Sometimes, though, coffee is named for the country or area that brews it; Turkish coffee, Italian coffee, etc. Coffees are varied, and so are the methods used for brewing it.
Turkish Briki: The coffee that is used in the Briki is powdered. It takes between 7 and 11 minutes to make a cup of coffee using the Briki. The coffee is very strong but clear.
Espresso Machine: Very fine coffee grounds are used in an espresso machine. It takes between 12 and 17 minutes to make 5 cups (4 oz) of coffee using an espresso machine. The coffee is very strong and muddy.
French Press Plunger: This coffee pot…
