<description>I enjoy caffine every once in a while but I suspect that putting my physiology in overdrive all the time is not a healthy approach. For long term energy I just make sure to stay very very hydrated with plain old water.

Water for me makes a world of difference when I am doing 18 hour days for a few days back to back. I actually crash much more quickly when using caffine then when I just stay very hydrated.
