Coffee is probably one of the most popular no-alcoholic, high caffeine drinks that we take on a daily basis. You have stress, you take coffee. You take your girlfriend out on a date, you take coffee. You are not able to get the big idea, you take coffee. You are feeling sleepy but want to keep awake, you take coffee. Hence we have prepared some coffee drink recipes for you that are just out of the world. You can also use the Royal Coffee maker to make some awesome coffee drinks. The best part about this Coffee Maker is that it will mix all the ingredients in the glass carafe itself before brewing.
VIENNESE COFFEE
Preference: Viennese roast
Hot coffee
Ground clove – Light pinched
Ground nutmeg – Heavy pinched
A cup of heavy cream
Cinnamon sticks – 4
Confectioners sugar – 1/4 cup
Stir the clove and the nutmeg into the hot coffee
Divide into 4 coffee mugs
Beat the cream till it becomes fluffy
Add confectioners sugar
Beat again till its stiff
Add a dollop of whipped cream
Insert cinnamon stick
Serve Hot
MOCHA JAVA
Freshly brewed hot coffee
Granulated sugar – 4 tbsp
Semi-sweet chocolate – 2 oz
Heavy cream – 1/4 cup
Grated milk chocolate
Whipped cream
Melt the chocolate first in saucepan. Use only low heat. Stir gently but constantly.
Add sugar and heavy cream and stir again
Blend it till it is smooth
Add whipped cream
Add finely grated milk chocolate
Serve hot
ALMOND LIQUEUR
Vodka – 2 cups
Shelled Almonds – 1 pound
Vanilla bean -1/2
Glycerin – 1/2 tbsp
Water – ¼ cup
Cup sugar – 1/2
Vanilla extract – 1 tbsp
First chop the almonds coarsely.
Do it by hand or use a food processor
You will get 1 1/2 cups chopped nuts
Mix the nuts, vodka, and vanilla bean in 1-quart Mason jar.
Seal the jar
Shake
Set it aside for 10 days
Strain the liquor through a fine sieve
Rinse the sieve
Fit a damp coffee filter on the sieve
Strain flavored vodka back into the jar
Mix the sugar and water
Boil at low heat
Stir till the sugar dissolves
Boil for another 2 minutes
Syrup will form
Cool the pan to room temperature.
Add the cooled syrup to the Mason jar
Add the vanilla and glycerin
Shake the jar gently for blending
The Almond Liqueur will be ready to serve in 2 days time
